just wondering. If you still link out from your other site to the sold site.
If you are ethical, you leave them if they were there when the purchase was made. You are selling the site as ranked. It would be dishonest to sell a site, then pull the SEO out from under it.
If this wasn't specified in the purchase agreement, it doesn't matter. A smart buyer will know to ask the question. A savvy seller will either stipulate this point, or leave it out on purpose and find himself in your exact position.You're call. Personally I would leave the links in place as it would likely take more effort for me to remove the links than to leave them.
