Questions about sponsored content

I'm making some videos where I explain how to watch TV content from different countries (legal and free) with VPN. In the video description I will put my affiliate link to the VPN with which I show the process. Should I put the video as sponsored content?. A while ago I did it, and they closed my YouTube channel for spam ... but there were only 2 videos and a link in each video. I never put sponsored content.

No need to add sponsored post tag in the video for affiliate links.

I saw some videos in YouTube has sign of sponsored .. is these videos running ads with google ads ??

I think you should mark your videos as sponsored content if you are including affiliate links in the video description.
