Okay so I'm running an email submit offer on facebook ads and it was converting very well then all of a sudden after I generated just $30 the conversions started to go down. I don't know for sure if I'm getting scrub or not but I did get someone to fill in the first page email submit to see if I would get the credit but I didn't, so this lead me to believe that the network or advertiser must be scrubbing so my questions are:

    1. Are there certain types of cpa offers that DO NOT get scrub? I know that email/zip gets SCRUB for sure but what about 2 page submits or short lead form, free trials, and other types of verticles?

    2. Do the advertiser and network scrub anyone and everyone or are there a select few who don't get scrub as in ( super affiliates bringing in $XXXXX per day ) ?

Generally email submits do get scrubbed, 99% of them do pay on the second page.

As for other offers, pretty much everything else converts as it should.
If you have any other questions, feel free to PM me.

The thing with these networks is that the advertisers scrub people by performance. That means that your EPC depends on how well your traffic converts for the advertiser on the backend [ those offers after they signed up and all ]. And with incentive traffic, that % is pretty low. The advertisers will then scrub you to a point of where they can make a profit/break even from your traffic. That's why sometimes you get someone who really did the offer but showed up no conversions. You're most likely getting scrubbed by the advertiser. If the advertiser is really really not getting anything off the traffic, the CPA network will just take you off the offer.

Hope that helps. Most of the Top CPA Networks will run this way. Sometimes when first starting off on the offer when the advertiser hasn't determined the quality of your traffic your EPC's will be skyrocketing, and then gradually will get lower or stay the same if your traffic is amazing. That's why Paid Traffic is good and a good landing page is critical for these CPA Networks.

Basically there is scrubbing, but the scrubbing is correlated to your traffic quality and how well it does for the advertiser.

    Hope that helps!

Were you doing a direct link from your FB ads to your CPA offers?

Any commission offers don't get scrubbed, and most things that you confirm an email. Just about the only thing that get scrubbed easily are zips and sometimes emails.

What if you pre-pop each and every ZIP and email submit offer so that you can keep track of how many people entered their email addressees, and than match that up against what your affiliate network is telling you? That way if the discrepancy between your email submit numbers and the ad network's stats is big enough, you can present them proof that you are getting your leads scrubbed which theoretically should make them stop doing it, because they don't want people complaining about that on Forums such as this one because their reputation will suffer as a result...

    What do you think?

Basically listen to what Chipmunk said, except you all mean to say shaved... ANY offer will be scrubbed... scrubbing is taking out any blatantly fake information, ineligible leads , etc..

Sorry for so newbie question but I´m not quite sure I understand you. Do you mean paid traffic is good because you can send it in mass to the offer when first starting off (so before scrub)?

If so, can we say the opposite: you´d better don´t send any paid traffic after your EPC´s been lowered, because figures will not add up?

    Am I missing something?
    Thanks in advance.

Paid traffic is good because it's targeted, and the people that click on your offers have an interest in your offer because it's relevant to what they searched for [ in the case of PPC/PPV ].

Your EPC will fluctuate based on your traffic quality. IE If you sent shit leads your EPC will be super low but if you begin to start sending quality leads then your EPC will slowly rise to match that quality.
