Questions about ranking keywords

    Hi guys,

    I have a question regarding keyword ranking. Lets I am trying to rank for a the keyword "american muscle cars", does this mean I am also ranking for the keywords "american" and "american muscle"?

    Sorry if this is a dumb questions, I just started trying to promote my youtube videos google and Im trying to figure some of the basics out.

    The short answer is yes however search engines take into account more than just the keyword phrase. Its really about the content in its entirety. You will notice though that when you search for something, Google tries to return the most relevant result however if it can't find all words in a query in the order that they were typed, it ends up returning just some of the words or results that contain just one of the words.

    yes when a user search for American Muscle cars then which words single words also will be come in the search engine result pages.
