Hey guys,

So, I have a few questions regarding opening a new google account after not being able to figure out why I was constantly getting suspension for circumventing system policy. I can't even start testing my ideas or promoting my products because google keeps suspending me before that, I wont go into more details because most of you already know what they do and the history is the same.

So, what I've been advised to do is using a VPS with a new static residential IP through a proxy server provider to open the new account (I'm a newbie into all this and I'm dedicating most of my time lately to learn about it). My questions are:
  1. If on Google eyes, my IP would show as a USA IP on this case, what's the point of using the VPS? VPS gives you a different IP already but if you use a proxy too, why can't you just use a proxy on your on PC? Is because they can track your MAC or something else?
  2. I've been playing with a VPS located in the USA, and because I'm from Spain, it goes very slow(I think because the distance between countries). Can I use a VPS closer to my location and then, a static residential IP in USA? would that work or be safe?
  3. It looks like some people say that when you create the new google account, you should spend at least 2 days browsing the internet before creating a Google ads account to gather cookies... How true is this? What's your experience? Can you create the Google account (gmail) right away after opening the browser? What browser works best to avoid issues with them?
I already have a new business, new address, new vcc attached to new bank account and even new phone number, so it looks like the last step to delink myself from my previous accounts is just the IP/Location or getting rid of the tools that google puts on your browser for tracking but I can't figure out what all those are.

I'd highly appreciate some guidance in this subject from some of you who have done this already succesfully.

I understand your issue, its with everyone. You should do some R&D in creating your own google ads live.

Try with search, no need to jump on shopping or Display ads.

On search, make sure you just have a new IP, IPV4 or 6 doesn't matter, should be working on both.(can't tell all)

You have A-B-C options.

Make it randomised and do probabilities on which way you are getting little success and then you may see some lights.

No one will tell you exactly everything going on..

Just do what you can if you want to succeed on same field.

I will address specifically the circumventing systems suspension.
constantly getting suspension for circumventing system policy
Circumventing systems suspensions can happen due to MANY MANY MANY reasons. One really has to dig deep in order to find out why it is happening. Once what happened in my case is I was getting circumventing systems suspension and I am not a newbie to GAds, so I did deep analysis, but still could not get a clear clue (nothing at all was linking the GAds account or campaign to any other GAds account or any other GAds campaign !!! Neither was the niche or anything in the campaign the reason for triggering circumventing systems suspension. Then I did 1 thing (out of the box) : I just changed the template I used for the websites and haheluja I no longer was getting circumventing systems suspensions !!! Yes, I know many people may not agree. But let me tell you, some templates contain some hidden coding which GAds review algorithm / bot does not "like" and although such an incident must not trigger circumventing systems suspension, but it does and sometimes the same may trigger suspicious malware related suspension. Remember, the suspension reason as per the bar on top of the GAds interface is NOT always the real reason for suspension. Some may not agree with this, but in reality this is how it is.

I once also had a similar problem and had very long correspondence with Google customer support. Then I stopped this business, and then again after a while contacted their support and ..., the basic account was restored

Hey what's up! Yeah, I've seen your post in another thread talking about that. In fact, I've been reading a lot about this issue around this forum/reddit/facebook groups... In this new store the template is completely different to make sure this doesn't happen again.

The problem is that I had 2 or 3 stores at the time and can't figure out exactly which of them triggered the suspension, honestly, is such a waste of time and energy going through every possible scenario who could have triggered the initial suspension in every store because no one of them was really working and giving me any profit.
I just want to be able to create new Google ads accounts to test new stores (which I don't know if they'll work or not until I'm able to send traffic through Google).

One thing I can do is use the new template I have for the legal pages on the old stores, but one thing I'm not sure about is if Google is suspending the accounts because of me or because there is something wrong with the store. That's why I think it would be a better usage of my time to just try to open new accounts with new info, all delinked from my previous activity.
