But if I have USA audience, and my (residence) is one of EU?
 
The Facebook Performance Bonus program is quite similar to TikTok's Beta Rewards, but the difference is that Facebook's program cannot be registered, it can only be invited through Creator Studio, while Beta Rewards is open to anyone who meets the requirements.
