I have a channel with 20,000 monthly views and 700 subs. It is already approved for AdSense but not yet for ads because I need the 1000 subs. Of course, I have already passed the 4000 hs required.

If I buy the remaining 300/400 subs, is it risky?

Of course, the best thing would be to grow organically, but I would like to know how much money this channel would make with the current traffic.

You can drip-feed the subscribers you buy so that it won't look too suspicious. How much your channel will make depends on where you live. 20k monthly views won't earn you a lot of money.

Would 5 subs per day be possible or is it too slow for the services?

yes, it is very risky. Most probably sellers might say otherwise but sudden growth might be suspicious and can ruin your entire hard work.

I would suggest waiting for a while based on the subscriber growth. How long do you think will it take to reach 1000 subs?

I don't know, people watch the videos but few subscribe. Maybe 3/4 months more.

you may have done some hard work so I would suggest you wait for 300-400 sub! There is a risk if they detect a sudden growth of subs without any activities! Better to grow organically!

See buying has the obvious risk of losing the growth of your channel specially the CTR of your videos which might lead to YouTube promoting your videos less.

In the intro or outro have some 5 second thing that tells them to subscribe the channel maybe that might increase the number faster.

This is a non-spammy natural way to get it but costs a little more than smm, you will go to a microjob website and choose different target countries maybe tier 1. let them search a video on your channel and click on it, watch it completely then subscribe. This way you will not lose the subscribers
 
Like others have said, buying Subs is risky, they can drop at any time.

I would suggest posting Shorts to get Subscribers quickly. A viral short (100k+ views) can bring you hundreds if not thousands of Subs.
