    1) When you build a link pyramid and the first tier is made only of one web 2.0 property how many contextual links do you put in the article, one or two?

    2) If the second tier contains 30 web 2.0 properties is it safe to blast them with 100 000 scrapebox links and 100 000 xrumer links or this is too much?

    1) One link.

    2) You shouldn't worry about your 2nd tier, it's there to get banned. Blast it.

Yes it is too much....blasts like that are for tier 3 or lower...from my recent experience G learned to detect simple link piramids(like yours for example). A safe way to rank a website is kaotic manual and direct linking. Katotic= diversity(web 2.0, web directories, etc.), mix it with a lot of social signals and you are in business. And one more thing- patience. I dont know ur strategy but this works for me every time and i had never been hit or deindexed and I have 100+websites. Cheers.

Can you share some good d0follow web 2.0 platforms? It seems like most of the web 2.0 sites are turning nofollow.

If you make a 1st tier and only use WEB2.0 - you've signed your sites death warrant before you start.
Maybe not today - maybe not tomorrow - but soon (as Humpty Go-Kart said)
Why only use one platform type and footprint yourself from the outset?
Google know exactly what a WEB2.0 site is, they know which sites are and which aren't They attend Reilley's WEB2.0 conferences every year. Mix in other platform types.
