    Hi,

What free tool are you using to move say 20 wordpress websites from 1 hosting to another hosting (server)

I use WP Clone but it's a complicated process, takes time at least so I wonder if there is something easier to use?

    please help

I always use Duplicator plugin to move my sites. Just create a backup then you'll get 2 files - .zip and .php, upload both to new server, run the .php file, restore then done.

okay it is similar to the one I already have... I thought more about something... 1 control Panel and from there you can login to all sites both on the new and old server somehow.. not sure if such thing exists :)

Then you're talking about something paid, like managewp, mainwp, infinitewp etc... there's no free solution to that spec.

If you use one WordPress installation (multiple sites) for all the new sites, then i think "All in One WP Migration" plugin should be an easier solution than using Duplicator plugin.

Ya it exits, you can use Manage wp to clone the all the old site into new one.
But the only problem is all those things comes under paid. not for the free.

yes this is a really cool tool! I already saw it.. but wanted to ask if there was something similar just free, sometimes we are lucky and find such ;) Do you know if this allow me to move a website from one server to another server between 2 different hosting companies? I assume it's possible if you can move WP installations around through this Admin.

Just export your SQL & tar.bz your directories, FTP them to your new host and import the SQL and extract the tar files. It's easy just dont mess up your file permissions and make sure you use the same directory structure I the new server.

Have you asked your new host if they will move the sites for you? More often than not, a cpanel to cpanel move will be done for free for you by the new host.

Of course you know to back the sites up before any action like that I am sure.

In my opinion, You can go for paid versions. Because free versions are not efficiency I think.
You can try Manage WP. It will be pretty good.

Yes good idea, but this is from Cpanel to Plesk and also I need to do this myself since the websites are located on different servers around ;) otherwise I would just ask the host.

Since it is Cpanel to Plesk I think you have to do the job manually, zip all site at one.
