I am scraping some expired domain in my niche, found some good ones. But have few questions before to buy them.
    1. 1 domain i found with metrics: TF/CF15+ DA/PA18+ and Ahrefs RD is 6(is that a good domain)
    2. Found a domain linked with high authority site but the domain is used for CHINESE SITE. (good to go or not)
    3. Few domain with the metrics: TF:18 CF:25, DA15 PA31 RD100+ (Clean archive history)

Just want to know the avg metrics of good domain. I've recently bought SEOGROUPBUY subscription which has DOMCOP, REGISTERCOMPASS, AHREFS,MOZ, MAJESTIC( all the tools to find a good domain. It would be great if you guys can share some thought on this.

    Thanks

Your domains are pretty good to build a PBN. However, do not use the chinese one as its power will be null for yoir english based website.

Apart from metrics, you need to check quality of backlinks and detect spam.

Says who? Have you ever even purchased an expired domain for use in a PBN?
@OP: Metrics don't matter much. In fact, they matter shit, because they can all be manipulated, especially Moz's ones. A good start would be to use Majestic metrics (TF & CF only) and RD to filter out the domain results. After that, you need to spam check the entire backlink portfolio of the domain manually to make sure there is no spam in there, no Chinese/russian spam or low quality shitty links. Also check out the anchor ratios, that's a very good indication of spam. Finally, check the Wayback machine. But inspecting each backlink in the domain portfolio is the most important task of choosing a good expired domain to be used in a PBN.

Forget all metrics, just check the quality of backlinks pointing to those domains. If they are good, then don't blink.

I can't really answer that question accurately, because I do not know the algorithm that is used to generate TF or CF, but I think more than 15-20 RD-s for sure unless the backlinks are from really high authoritative sources, which can spike up the metrics significantly.

You don't need niche related expired domains, that's just a myth invented by sellers to sell domains for higher prices. It does not matter what the niche of the domain was in the past, if it's a clean domain, take it and re-brand it (use it in any niche) as you wish.

I find it really hard to believe that a Chinese website doesn't have a single backlink from any other Chinese sites. It doesn't make sense. Did you check the backlinks with all 3 major services? Ahrefs, Majestic & Moz...

I've seen a TF 0 and TF 2 that were better than some TF15+ that I've bought. Maybe you should search for TF0-TF5 with decent RD's whilst everyone else looks for TF10+

Ye just watch out for authority links bumping up the TF metrics. Just because it has 1 good link from wiki and good metrics doesn't necessarily mean it's good.

Personally, I would skip the domain, because I can find many other expired domains with better stats anyway. And you should do the same!

Ok look at this one: hotelsavoybolivia.com
    OSE: PA31DA22 Spam score 0
    Majestic: TF 23 CF25
Metrics are pretty good, but the RD is only 3 and archive shows the website is not online from 1 year
Let me know your thoughts on this domain.

1st and 3rd option are looks decent as long as they have good backlink profile.
