So recently I had a dentist appointment and after the appointment, my dentist asked me to go on a UK patient review website for dentists and give him and his practice a good review as apparently his practice had been receiving a ton of scathingly bad reviews regarding patient wait times. I could tell by the way the receptionist was forcing every patient to leave a review there and then on a mounted ipad that they were worried. My dentist told me to leave a positive review and to then leave a review on behalf of my father, mother, brother, sister, dog...you get the picture haha. I was intrigued and a bit surprised (well not really, seeing as dentists are professional con artists) at his blackhat method. I then told him I could fix this problem for him as I was able to safely leave a ton of good reviews which would cover up the bad reviews. He told me he was interested and gave me his personal email to get in touch with him.

I just started my IM journey last October so I'm still fairly noobish but is it called ORM that is required here? Or does that just refer to SEO and the positions in the search engines. What service would I need for this? I would appreciate any advice on how I could address this issue so that I can charge the fuck out of him the same way him and all dentists do to paying patients.

This is ORM. I wouldn't recommend working for someone who handles your teeth though, especially when you have no clue what you're doing.

Just suggest him a price per review. Say...$50/review. And if he orders 10 reviews that's $500. Where is the problem?

I don't care about what could happen. If I never go back to that dentist it doesn't bother me at all.

When he doesn't know what he's doing and the reviews get filtered and the dentist gets pissed off...

That seems a bit high per review but yeah I see what you mean. But wouldn't lots of reviews coming from my IP look fake?

That's why I'm asking how to go about this. Looking for ways to do it instead of not doing it out of fear. I already made the decision to change dentists as soon as I thought I could potentially do this for him. Even if it works out well there needs to be a separation between us.

I recently stumble upon this thread and I think its helpful. I need someone to give me best review website that thoroughly pay for writing honest review on product, hotel or website.

    Hello,

Good proxys or VPN or the third solution: go on Fiverr and say you need reviews for an UK site and that you need UK IP. Pay 5 dollars for a review, sell it more.

Gosh, don't go to fiverr if you do not know what you are doing right off... you are asking for trouble there.

In the marketplace there is a guy that sells reviews that is a professional, I believe it is the user DearSanta, talk to him a little before jumping in and making some irreparable mistakes.

It is great that you have a client but you can't sell him junk and talking to a solid provider is a good way to learn how to service your client properly. This guys is happy, he tells his dentist friends, they tell theirs... etc.

Thanks. Btw I am not talking about yelp it's a community website. When you say irreparable mistakes, what do you mean? Can you give me some examples please?

You can ruin a company's reputation if the website finds out they bought reviews. Not to mention the dentist could sue you...

Usually on any of those kinds of sites it is borderline impossible to get it removed; we have them here in the USA as well.

So you hire some guy that says he will hook you up, even shows you some reviews he did, and you pay him 5.00 per review and buy 10 of them.

Turns out the reviews he showed you were not done by him, he lied to you, and his work is actually as bad as it gets... poor English, poor grammar, makes the review look like it came right out of clown college.

Now, you have 10 CC (clown college) reviews up there lauding and applauding the Dr. and it looks like Dr. Tooth Fairy was trying to game the system and the people that visit that site, and his reviews now make it not only look like you have to wait 3 days to get treated but that he is trying to scam the system to boot AND he can't get rid of the reviews as the web sites own the content.

Enjoyed reading that, 10CC, Dr. Tooth Fairy haha. Yeah I understand now what you mean. I only feel comfortable leaving reviews myself now if I did this. Also since it's a small community practice, I've just realised that any reviews would only make sense coming from me (a person who has actually been there) and anything else would stand out like a sore thumb. I think it would be obvious if anybody else left reviews and I should have thought of this first. Thanks for alerting me to this.
