I’ve been using ExpressVPN for the last theee years. I’m happy with it. It’s been very reliable and the price is good when you pay annually.
Just checked out Windscribe because several people mentioned it and it has more USA locations than expressvpn. Seems like it might be a better deal depending on how reliable it is.

Best or Most Affordable, You can never get both of them together!
Best : ExpressVpn by far from any other VPN Service. Like BY FAR. It's the ahrefs of VPNs
Most Affordable, you get ton of options here. But Avast Secureline is a hidden gem. You can get it REALLY CHEAP .. like at 5% of the price of ExpressVPN or less and get the job done

I guess it probably depends on what you are using a VPN for. Personally I use Private Internet Access (PIA).
Waooo, ExpressVPN gets the overwhelmingly majority of the votes, will surely check it out and take it for a "spin test" and see.
Don´t worry, it´s not for doing any blackhat stuff or anything just to run keyword research for local clients. Also, agencies I work with, whenever I have to log in to one of their client's sites, demand me to use a VPN using a server from the US.
That´s mainly the two scenarios why I am looking for an affordable and solid VPN service provider that doesn´t break the bank.
On the other hand, been using Kaspersky Anti Virus for a few months now, nothing to complain about, and I just got a notification in my email about a 20% discount upgrade on my account from free to their personal plan. When checking the features I saw they offer VPN as an add-on, it´s like $20 or something like that a year for unlimited bandwidth and servers in over 30 countries.
Anyway, thanks a lot for the replies guys!

if price is an issue, try "port forwarding" instead of a vpn.

ExpressVPN for me is the best. I use for 3 months and no problems.

SurfShark is good and faster.
I used SurfShark too but whenever I post on facebook or register on facebook my account will be blocked
