Question to OldSalt. Why SL thread is closed?

    Hi,

    I am participating in SL thread against weblues but SL thread is closed by OldSalt.

    OldSalt, in last post you ask to work with seller to resolve a problem but I am clearly state and provide screenshot of support tickets where you can see that seller is just "Resolve" ticket and not providing any help.

    i believe salt has looked over all the evidence and closed it due to no other
    reason to carry on, try and resolve with the seller first then u goto the next step

    myzona was not frnd of cmpunk. Both are different cases. And myzona, OS said that first ask their support on how to use import function properly. If it doesn't work, then again contact OS.

    At first I thought my PMs weren't working but then I noticed that sure enough, I had 2 PMs waiting for me this morning. Neither one was from you.

    Then I thought, hmmm... maybe it's because you are new and can't send PMs - but looking at your post, I see you've been a member since 2007, over 1 year and a half longer than me and almost 300 posts.

    So tell me, why are we discussing this in the Forum Suggestions section?

    Now to answer your question as to why I closed the SL thread. I had made a decision on CMPunk and as far as your issue, you had included one screenshot, where you said "Your software is not performing according to advertisement. Please issue refund."

    when asked what you meant, you responded with the issue but said you didn't want to spend anymore time on it, just to issue a refund.

    How about actually giving them a chance to show you HOW to import the 5000 accounts rather than immediately asking for a refund?

    He wasn't expecting for one, but kindly suggested to your thick head that you should have PMed him so that this unnecessary thread could have been resolved in private. I don't mind though, posting here just allows me to be sarcastic.
