for example (dont kill me if i get something wrong im a noob)
in order to be in the give away they must complete a survey or sign up with email etc id like to earn for doing the give away as my instagram has 11k real followers

So you're essentially speaking of content locking an entry form in to a giveaway correct?

Surveys is useless, you shouldn't annoy your followers with that stuff.
Get 20k followers and then start selling shoutouts :)

Depending on the niche, you can make good money by offering giveaway's and requiring users to complete a survey to be entered. A matter of fact, I did this a few days ago on one of my accounts with 6,500 followers and I got almost 100 entries!

yes this is a method i was thinking of, yet im new to all the cpa and ppc etc...

can i get some filling in on that method, from my belief i thought it would be impossible to do a survey for a product that i $ell
i thought surveys can only be used when using an offer from somthing like clickbank or peerfly etc

it would be perfect if followers had to fill out a survey to be eligible to enter the giveaway and i earn some coin each person who completes it, how do i go about that

i could use some filling in on the survey or any other method where i can monetize this specific instagram acount if nobody minds.
i dont want to look spoonfed and get all hate
im here to stay at BHW i have some methods of my own i would like to share at somepoint aswell (non instagram)

The giveaway was for a shirt, this is a niche account and the shirt was of relevance to the account & the followers which is why I was able to drive a lot of entries.

For example, if I had a "Star Wars" fan page my giveaway was a "Star Wars" shirt.

And did your earnings cover for the costs of the giveaway? Purchasing the tshirt, shipping it, etc?

It was only a $15 shirt and the entries earned me nearly $120. Shipping was free from the seller. ;)

So you're saying people actually filled out a survey just for a chance to win a shirt? I need to try this.

What did your landing page look like? Did you collect emails? Where can I find one like the one you used?

I didn't hold the contest for x amount of days, what I did was limit the amount of entries using a predetermined amount. This was literally the giveaway photo caption that I used:

T-Shirt Give Away (<- Top Line - It Stands Out More & Grabs Interest)
Giving away this T-Shirt to one of the
first 100 users who tag three friends. All
sizes available, FREE Shipping in US.

Submit your entry at the link in bio.

Yes email addresses were required when a user completes a survey/offer. There are many good networks with great landing pages, just do a bit of research.

I'd suggest you take a look at CPAGrip.

You can also try quizzes. I've seen this work on tv shows and the creator of the quiz ended up selling fanboy tshirts at the end.

Funnel: cta --> quiz --> capture email --> link to shirt store.

There are certain quiz sites that capture email for free. Just search them up via google. To get an idea of how this works, look at buzzfeed or playbuzz quizzes. Use their ideas and incorporate them in your quizzes.

I've done this before on facebook ads and engagement was pretty high. This gave me very cheap clicks.

Aren't the followers mad when they reach the page and find out they have to submit a survey?

And I would care if they were?

If they want the chance of winning the giveaway that is being funded not from their pocket but my own, then a good part of the users who click the link will fill out the survey. This really only works with niche accounts as you want the giveaway & the followers to be very targeted so that the giveaway will appeal to a good majority of your follower base.
