    Hey guys,

First off, fantastic forum here with the most ingenious ideas! Too bad I don't have much to contribute with, at least for now.

In any registrar's terms of service it says quite clearly that a domain name can be taken from you if you provide false/inaccurate information. The question is - can you use this to your advantage?

I.e. there is a specific domain name that you're after but too bad it's taken already. You whois it and see that the phone number is smth like 444-4444. Is it possible to report it somewhere? The goal is having the current registrar "kicked off" from the domain name, and than snatching it either manually or with some site like snapnames dot com :D

Can this be done? Seems possible but I've never heard of this approach before.
