Question Regarding Why One Video gets Copyright Warning & A Copy Does Not

Can you tell me why a music channel video is up and running well and getting lots of views. A music (only) copy of the same video is getting copyright issues from one of the artists. So why is the original video creator not getting the same?

Maybe he is not monetizing it or he has the rights.
Check if the video is monetized or not.
