Question regarding to BST

Hi there,

I am fairly new to BHW.

I am just wondering, I have something very innovative and valuable that I would like to offer to the BHW community. In order to do that I need to have it reviewed first.

Now, who do I send the software package to? And where to I make the payment? I tried to go to the links specified on the information pinned posts in the BST section but I was given an error saying that I was not allowed or something.

If someone would be kind enough to walk me through the process that would be great. I did pm a couple of mods see if they'd review my product but have not yet received any replies.
