I have searched using various search engines as well as the Facebook help function. In short, I'm curious as to the legality of making a Facebook Community page concerning an NCAA sports team. The page isn't directly about the team but this season in particular. I dont have intentions of using the page for advertising directly to earn money, but would possibly use it to re-direct traffic to other related pages/groups. What are the possible legal issues to watch for? I already have 20 finished but unpublished pages.. probably should have did my research before putting in the work, but.. I kinda got excited.. hehe. Anyways, your feedback is most appreciated.

Its worth mentioning that the About section clearly states that it is an unofficial fan page with no intent for profit, and I intend on backtracking and putting "Unofficial" clearly in the background images for these pages to further state my claim. I am under the impression that fan pages are fine and legal, correct? I'm just trying to go about it the right way and without legal implication. That said, I've left all of my pages currently unpublished till I feel more comfortable with my tactic. I'm not looking to profit, I'm looking to build a specific audience and then when I create other pages for profit, have a nice selection of my targeted audience to choose from. It's all a learning process really, and I take pride in having largely followed pages regardless if they are making money (don't get me wrong, it would be a lot nicer if they were).
