My parent has been on disability for many years and also got involved in a scam on Craigslist (wish they'd listen to me) years ago. Since then, they apparently cannot get a bank account and they only have a Walmart Money Card.
I am trying (oh boy am I TRYING) to help them get an income. They do breed dogs (Frenchies and Pug mixes) but they don't want me to market them, since they're very picky about matching the right owner to dog anyway. It's a hobby more or less.
I'd suggested Meathead's method of blogging months back, I now regret this since they'd ended up blogging about personal things instead of "keyword targeting". I love my parent so much and I'd told them it's not earning money (50 posts so far) where my only MNS is earning $1-2 daily; sometimes $10 with no work.

    I apologize, back on subject.

With all the threads open for verified credit cards and such, IS there a way to allow my parent an income (when we get one, I know we will) without a bank account?
It must be LEGAL. Can they receive money on that card they have already? I'm the only one with an account but they don't want me to have to send them money every time.
Anything we must know about taxes as well, since without a middleman (bank) the government will need to know about the new income somehow.

Thank you all, bit stressed right now so help will be marvelous.

Can't offer you any help in the way of specific info but I figure I'll give you a bump anyway.

You might benefit from speaking to the people/reading some threads in the eBay section. Seems like they're always trying to find a way around banks and payment processors :). Typically in the way of middlemen (like PayPal, Payza, whatever) but you might find some worthwhile info.

All of hose cards aren't meant to be used as a bank. More as a temporary card. If your cards get lost or stolen then it will be difficult getting your account back since no strings attached. Either you would have to create a paypal account for them and obtain a paypal debit card for them, or create a joint bank account. Hope that helps!

There isn't, you need a bank to transfer the online funding into physical funding. Simple as that.

Also I'm pretty new here, but this seems like a very subtle attempt at begging for "income for your parents".

I spend most of my time in a shelter, yet I still find the means to move forward and on; hopefully your parents can see their way through as well.

I could tell, since you're calling me a beggar. I shared a little because I'm personal.
It was on my mind because we'd just fought and it's happening more often. Once they can receive the money they earn through various online means, I can stop being their caregiver and move on. I've been homeless before and seen brains on the sidewalk, anything else you want to dick-measure?
Regardless, thank you for your concern.
