I just started using a few email submit offers on one of my sites and it doesn't appear to be going all that well. Is an email address all that is required to get paid for these types of offers?

According to the stats, I've had quite a few people click on the offer link, yet it has netted me exactly zero dollars. I know some of them are filling it out; or at least submitting their email. I even tried doing it myself with a different IP, but it never shows up as a lead. The offer description states the following:

Fields Required:
Email Address Only

Stats are supposed to be reported in real time by the way. Am I being screwed over or is there something I'm not getting?

The email address needs to be allowed by the advertiser and the email submitter has to click an activation link.

How would one go about finding out what email providers are allowed? I just tried again and I got no credit for a lead and no email.

email leads are notorious for being scrubbed, so that could be your problem. If you are WH, then why not drop a note to your AM and see what's up. If you are BH, then maybe you could have a good friend (who you'd reimburse) step through the complete process and see what happens.

How would I tell the AM that I'm not getting payed without implying that I complete my own offers - or do they not care? I've tried to finish the process on my own but I gave up after 10 minutes since it kept going on and on and on. This is with wotogepa, who seems pretty sketchy to me.

Are there any reliable affiliate networks with email submit offers? I have a legit site so I should be able to get accepted into any one of them.

How much do email submits usually pay? The ones I'm trying pay between $1.00 and $1.40 - is that too high for an email only submit? I've seen full out surveys that only pay $0.50.

Alright, what alternatives would I have? The site in question has users that are willing to perform a task that doesn't take too long and doesn't cost them anything.
