I don't understand the Associate-Defined Check Minimum. I live in the UK and will need to be payed via check (with the $15 fee waived). When I enter my payment details it's asking for a minimum check threshold and this is what I'm not sure about. Say my earnings are above $100, if I leave the threshold as $100 what does that mean? That the next check which arrives will be for $100 or does it mean something else?

I want to receive ALL of my earnings for the next payment. How do I go about this? Cheers!

If you put the minimum as $100, if you make $100 or $500, you'll still get paid the whole amount. In this case, make the cheque for the min of $100. That's what I do.

Cheers. I also wanted to ask about the disclosure. I have it written in a page, the link to which is at the footer of my site called (Amazon Affiliate Disclosure). Is this sufficient? I'm reading around on this and some people are saying the entire writing needs to be on every page. Also I'm reading that links can't be in your RSS feed. I put my aff links in my posts and I don't know much about RSS feeds, but I know that when I type my website followed by /feed it leads me to a feed with all of my posts. Is this what they mean? Real confused on this. Sorry, I do try to search around before posting but when I get conflicting answers, this is the only place I trust! Thanks.

Just make a page with the Amazon Affiliate Disclosure and link to it from your footer, then it's visible on every page.
About the RSS feed, change your feed settings to summary by going to settings, reading and Choosing the summary radio button beside "For each article in a feed, show".
