Question regarding adscendmedia

this is my first thread. Actually my question is,
I just registered to adscendmedia. I'm under 18 and from india. does I've to submit W8 tax form to get paid? I also heard only US people can submit W8. is it true? please throw some light on this.

Well if you are not from the US you do not have to do a W9. You need to contact your AM with them to find out what forms you need to submit.
