I just wanted to ask the community what do you think is the best way to convert information from a .csv file to a website? I have about 8000 x 150 rows/columns of information.

Each individual line and column will be a page on the website.

Thanks :)

It depends.
If each page has different layout and look then you could import those lines into database and that's it.
If layout is same the i suggest to create one dynamic site and insert only content into database.
That will give you more control over SEO and you can dynamically change keywords, descriptions, titles, h tags and so on.
