Question: Paypal VCCs

Not sure where to put this so lounge it is

Anyways, I'm using entropay for making VCCs. Im in Canada so I use my canadian credit card to fund it. They don't allow US credit cards to fund it at entropay. Anyways, my question is about paypal VCCs.

What do they charge you for creating one? You specify the amount on it correct? Is there a minimum? Its funded by paypal balance correct?
Is there a limit on how many VCCs you can make?

Just need to know so I can see whether its worth my while to make an american paypal account for it instead of canadian. The exchange of receiving money via paypal, withdrawing to canadian bank, crediting to canadian credit card, then loading entropay in USD...its all quite ..tedious. And I'm positive I'm losing money in all the currency exchanges back and forth.

I'm from the UK and when I needed vcc's a freind made me paypal VCC's. No charge to open one and when you mess around with it you can have more than one open at any one time. I had 3/4 open at one stage with his, you may be able to create more. The funds are taken from your PP balance, or if your balance is 0 from your backup funding. You specify the amount somewhat but if you sign up for a site that takes a payment 7 days and you already closed the VCC with paypal you will still get charged which is a bit strange.

meh..3 or 4? So they dont like lots eh? I'm doing like 20 or so a day :/
So I guess I need to find other entropay options ^_^ just in case

You get a unique number for each card of course, you just need to choose the one time option where once the card is used and closed, it should expire. You may be able to create up to 20 but when I needed them I just needed 3/4 per day and it was no problem.
