Should we link to supporting articles from pillar pages ? Or only links should go to pillar pages from supporting articles for maximal juice for pillar pages? Thanks.

The general rule of thumb is to link from pages with peak traffic

I link to the pillar page only.
I have a service page and ten blogs for that service page. All those ten blogs have internal links to my service page.
The service page has CTAs or other links (in menu, sidebars).
