Having done some research I know that a Misstyped keyword has a lot of monthly hits while it has almost little to no competition going on.

    Random example:
The right keyword should be: Extreme Skydiving
But i'm aiming on securing: Extrem Skydiving

Could I still rank first for those words even when google suggests to "search for Extreme Skydiving instead" Or would my site just not be shown at all on google unless somebody clicks on "Search for Extrem...", which would be the misspelled version.

Also, lets say I did my keyword research on Keyword Tracker and Google Keyword tool. If I entered "Extrem Skydiving", am I being shown results from people who actually particularly searched for "Extrem Skydiving" or am I also being shown results from people who entered those keywords and selected the option "Search for Extreme Skydiving" instead?

My plan would be to get in that niche with a domain that will have "extrem-skydiving" in name, and build it up from there. Being relativly new to all of this I could really use some help on these questions :)
