Question On Landing Pages Please Help

Hi Y'all,

I am selling clickbank products via untargeted traffic (adult) this has been working well recently.

I am currently using a landing page

The question is to you experts out there; is it better to redirect the domain to the affilliate site directly?

would i get high conversions?

it depends - sometimes a lp helps conversions, sometimes it hurts - only way to know is to test both

Depends on the conversion rate of the affiliate site.

The major downside of redirecting your url to their site is that you never capture the prospects email.

Chances are, they are not going to buy the first time they go to the affiliate site. It usually takes 5-7 contacts before the average prospect buys.

The guys that are getting the best results have their own opt-in, they get the email address and they put them in an autoresponder sequence where they send emails that provide some value and then link back to the affiliate site.

Well a landing page wont matter if it's not a good one. I'm also not sure how experienced you are when it comes to landing pages and your copy. But if you have a good lander then it can increase your conversions. What you really want to do is split test your traffic between your landing page and direct linking to the merchant site and see what performs better. That's 100x better than asking us about conversions. It's something nobody can accurately answer.
