Question on 7878 and definition

Is 7878 when you send out a letter/ package with an object in it?

Just wondering if there is more to it that that? (BTW I think its amazing).

In 7878s method he showed that if you direct mail a chunky letter it has a much higher chance of being opened than a normal letter. His technique was to put some dice in the envelope.
