Question of the views for sale and purchasing the source.

its obvious there are numerous people on here who sell views, etc. its also obvious they have developed some type of program, tool, etc to do this. my question is would anyone SELL ME there bot, or sell me a lesson on how this is done so i could boost my own views?

Just try to learn to promote your videos on social networks/forums like FB, Twitter, reddit, VK etc to get more views.
You can also promote your video on other popular YT videos with top comments and links to your video/channel.

No one will ever sell their method unless they want to scam you. Another example is the guy above me, he gave an answer that is totally unrelated to your question so he's not going to sell his method too soon.

To OP, other providers used email spam to promote their videos in the past. It's a direct way to get ban now.

You're starting to make progress. On your site you're selling views, don't tell me you ask 1000 of your friends to watch the videos for 100% retention. The point is every views seller has his own method and none of them is going to give it away for a few bucks and I've tried to explain this to OP with you as a good example since you have avoided to answer his question, no need to get so butthurt.
