Question involving proxies? Please help

So i want to make a scraper hybrid where it picks up proxies and places them where they need to go. I just want to know what kind of coding languages i would need to know? Any help is appreciated...

To be honest, there's no way you could do that. You need a coder/programmer. Any thoughts about hiring someone? You can pose in the "Hire a Freelancer" section and you'll have a professional work for you on this task.

Honestly, there are some great resources all around that could point you to the direction you want to take in developing a code for that. It is a huge investment of time, money, and energy though.
Realistically you'll want to make a post on the Hire a Freelancer thread to coordinate with you and just have them make the program instead. That or bank on the slim chance someone out there has already made a program for that and is willing to sell it to you. But yeah, best odds of success would just be to hire a freelancer to help you.
