Is there a specific place where you buy Shout outs? or You just search till you find a large influencer and ask that person ?

Or is anyone selling Shout Here, or even approached to do a shoutout?

No dont ever buy any shoutouts from there, absolutely ridiculous prices and the quality of influencers is non-existent.
Browse people through IG and contact them directly.

Agreed, almost every single profile on Shoutcart is pure shit. They might be good looking, but it's all fake BS engagement, so be very careful.

Well there's an influencer list which was shared here on forum sometime back with 600 influencers. You'll have to search for it though.
