Let's face the fact: an high percentage of the high-pr link rental services available today are based on backlinks placed on relevant blogs (preferably private networks) where keywords are surrounded by contextual (relevant) text.
Obviously, the more "natural" the link(s) appear within the content, the better.
The problem is: how to insert a non-english keyword within an english copy without looking "spammy"? Try to read this:
(in the above example I used an italian word, since that is my language)
How to address this issue?
Most webmasters are using "raw links" (www.mysite.com) as anchor text instead of foreign keywords, but... the results are not surprisingly way less effective.
I am trying today to rank my sites (I mean non-english sites here), and it looks like my arsenal is becoming less powerful day after day.
What are your thoughts?
Best, Nic
