Is there any automated tool that can make a site down(meaning to download all its bandwidth for the month)? I know I can manually refresh but it will take forever. Someone sent me a package through this website(courier) and I have found out they stole a $300 worth of item. I also heard same experiences from other people who used their service. This is my way of at least making it even. Im not evil, I just want justice. It would even be better If I can hack their site, but maybe thats too much.

    Anybody care to help?

This is called a DoS attack and is illegal.
    Code:
    hxxp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Denial_of_service
There are many tools on that but I wouldn't suggest it because its pretty much as low as you can go when dealing w/ internet things.

Im not really into very destructive and permanent stuff. I just want them to at least feel that theyre being hated already for their deeds. Just a temporary stuff. What do you recommend?

Get a copy of something like WinHTTrack and run it several times over. It will download everything on their website; html pages, images, zip & video files. Everything. Just make sure you delete the files off your hard drive each time before you run it. Now, this could take a long time, depending on how much bandwidth they are allocated and how much stuff is hosted on their site that you can download, but eventually you will deminish their bandwidth -- unless they have unlimited bandwidth or are only hosting 2 files on their site :D

they definitely can track you down especially if you are using your own computer for this. I agree with trophaeum, a smear campaign on pay per click usually does damage to the pocket book of any scam company out there.

DoS attacks are pretty much harmless, you should be looking at DDoS attacks if you want to do any serious damage.
DDoS means Distributed Denial Of Service, basically you setup a botnet and use it to trigger the attack.

Check out slowloris. It sends partial http requests and keeps sockets from closing. You can overload an average server with just one instance of slowloris running. I've used successfully many times.

DDoS and DoS attacks are not illegal, even RIAA used them against thepiratebay earlier this year.

Problem is they are difficult to maintain and expensive to carry on, when done with commercial purposes.

Try sending spam complaints, clickbomb his ads, etc. DDoS really is not the way when you are looking to inflict long-term damage.
