Question for the Canadians. Best place to find Outbound Sales people in Canada?

As the title suggests. Our business is expanding into Canada and I'm curious if any Canadians here could recommend a place to hire experienced outbound sales people that a foreigner like me wouldn't even think about looking at? Is Linked In still the best place to go about it? Would be interested in your thoughts.
