    Hey all,

So this has happend to me on a few websites that i own and i am not sure what it is that is causing it. I own a few big authority sites when i first launch them and start making posts i get a low cpc i will get around £0.10 for each click (a rough estimate just to help explain) i will be getting on average about £1 a day from the site i have made i make more posts get more traffic and the daily amount will rise but with the same cpc. Then after around 6 month+ i will be on the same traffic and same click amount a day as an average, so i will be on around £10 a day still £0.10 cpc then all of a suddern i will go to £30-£40 a day with a much higher cpc same traffic same clicks no real change apart from the cpc i am receiving.

I can't work out what it is that is making this high cpc i have my adsense linked to analytics so i can tell that the same pages are making the same clicks and same traffic with same ads.

If anyone can help with this it would be very helpful.
    Thanks a bunch all, Killix

The truth is, a lot of people think the CPC they see when they log into their Google
keyword tool is what really determines their keyword bidding that is very wrong. That
particular CPC is meant for adword advertisers.

To see how much you are likely to earn per click on adsense, remember you earn 68%,
log into your Google adword tool and check the "contextual
targeting tool" under Tools and Analysis .

Also, you need to understand that keyword bids fluctuate.
