Question for Proxy Machine owners???

I've been successfully using Bodeezy's Proxy Machine for a few months now but recently the machine has not been parsing proxies correctly.

Instead, it's been spitting out some random code and does not produce proxies.

I've posted on their forums and IM'd both but neither were available online.

I've made no changes to my PC.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Hi there. Yes, I purchased that crap about 1 1/2 months ago and have never been able to get it to do anything but harvest the exact same lists of dead proxies that are obviously from some abandoned sites that are no longer used or updated.

I bought 2 applications from them and both of them do nothing and are completely useless. It seems like such a scam. Their products seem to be not even ready for beta stage but they sold them anyways.

IMing. emailing, and posting in the forums all get ignored.Their customer service is pathetic.

Does anyone know where I can find a membership for a proxy source I can purchase. Something like where I can log in to see updated lists of U.S. anonymous proxies/socks (non PlanetLab/Codeen)?

I will say that mine DID work so I guess I haven't had the exact same experience as you. I'm also pretty sure that mine harvested different proxies as well.

However, I did try to IM both and they were both away and never replied and I posted on the forums and no one replied for two days until I personally PM'd bodeezy and frequency. One of them came in two days later and said that it could need an update and they would let everyone know what was going on. Been two more days and haven't heard anything.

That's the only reason I'm asking.

Thanks for the update.

I got the same answer last week and the week before, that it would be updated. I've read many complaints in their forums from others having the same problems I'm having with both of these different applications and about how these guys ignore the questions or complaints.

I think what happened is they sold these applications to too many people thus extracting too often, and the site(s) the Proxy Machine was extracting the proxies from blocked the application so it can no longer extract from the site. This happens often with these kinds of applications and too many people using them (far heavier server load than normal on the site).

I never have been able to get working proxies from the Proxy Machine. They obviously were still selling it even after they knew it was no longer able to retrieve proxies. This is what I'm so pissed off about. It was completely scammy, deceitful and dishonest to sell it to people while knowing it would no longer retrieve working proxies.

I think their problem now is they cannot find another/other sites to get working proxies from and this is what the delay is about. So, I wouldn't plan on being able to use this crap anytime in the near future.
