If you are at a coffeeshop running SB at 500 connections, everything will slow down. let's say they receive complaints from customers that their internet is too slow and the shop hires an expert to look into it.
    1. can they see which computer is making 500 connections?
    2. can they see this computer is making comments using sb?
    3. can they see what URL is being promoted?

let's say the person looking into this is very very knowledgeable.

You have been given the answer and from the state of the many threads you have started I don't think you will have the skills to beat the coffee shop's almost non-existent security.

I suggest you try using google or do you need help with that. http://lmgtfy.com/?q=google

If they hired me to find a speed issue on the network, I would just put in a switch that listens for all traffic, and run wireshark.

then I could see what traffic was coming in and out.

Then I'd just watch for people coming and going and see when the traffic dropped - so when you get up and leave, id have you.

if you don't use a VPN then yes, they could see almost all info.

if you have VPN then that's all they'd see.

I've done work for a small internet shop - I speak from experience.

The software they used was a low level OS driver in the routing host that simply sniffed every single packet in and out, https(I think it does man-in-the-middle) or whatever, they could see everything....
