    what is the best test booster these days?tried few of them but not really impressed ,anyone can recommend a good one?

    lol,test booster is a test booster is not a pre workout product but can be taken before your workout ,before bed or afternoon etc,is just going to increase your test level=more lean mass,more power etc etc

    Ohh. Testosterone booster. Yea I'm 23 I dnt take that stuff. Its for older guys who's levels aren't normal. Idk if its a good idea to take them if your T-levels are normal..

    Most of the testosterone boosters I've seen are anabolic, steriods more than supplement imo. Not my style.

    have u ever done a testosterone level test?i did and is just normal but at the lowest limit not the higher limit,so if i boost it a bit is just OK,not really old,only 31 but i feel like 18 lol

    testosterone level should be like this :

    20-49 years old 2,45 - 16,00 ng/ml and mine is 3,48 and over 51 years old should be 1,81-7,72 ng/ml

    Post this question on bodybuilding.com forum to get better answers, i never took them personally and i dont think you need those as a bodybuilder if you are under 25, but that's just my opinion.

    Test boosters are worthless. Those are just hyped up supplements that don't do jack shit. Here's how to gain muscle mass:

    1. ) Lift
    2. ) Eat above maintenance( I don't know your weight, but for a skinny person ~3k cals, ~150-200g protein, 200-300g carbs) and you should be gaining easily
    3. ) Rest

    Supplements that actually help?

    1. ) Creatine Monohydrate. You don't need to buy some super expensive creatine brand just because it's called "super hard extreme muscle mass gainer" and has a picture of a juiced up bodybuilder on it.

    If you have the extra money to spend, buy fishoil and glutamine; some claim they "help" and some not, placebo or not; if it helps buy it.

    2.) i eat only HQ food
    3.) i sleep very well :D
    i don't like creatine because i don't like puffy muscle and the water retention is very high when u take creatine,i like only clean mass.about whey protein i agree,is the best one,i use mostly isolates and whey hydrolysates with 0 lactose,0 fat etc ,i take omega 3,6,9 ,vitamins and minerals etc but i am looking for something stronger

    I'd add BCAAs too tho. The faster you can recover, the faster you can go back at it, meaning faster gains and less soreness!

    That depends entirely on the person. I have never needed to cut.

    With creatine you actually look fuller and better, it's not a fucking steroid so the water retention is not something to be afraid of. If you want something stronger, you'll have to ask your boyfriend to pin your ass with test and deca.

    OP: Resist the urge to ejaculate for as long as possible. This will elevate your testosterone levels.

    Main way to build muscle mass is to: Increase protein intake and increase weights when lifting.

    The way muscle building works:

    When you go to the gym and lift a weight it actually breaks down the protein filaments in your muscle and over the coming days replaces and produces stronger ones in its place. In order to do this effectively you need to consume a decent amount of protein post work out to help the muscle grow.

    So if you want to get big: EAT BIG, LIFT HEAVIER WEIGHTS (low reps) - really break down your muscle to failure!
