I started getting into blog flippin and making decent money lately. using w0rdpress and doing everything myself for 100% profit. I make them and sell them 3- 5 days later.

    few questions:

how long do you hold onto your site before you sell it?

how much do you sell your sites for?

If anyone is interested in exchanging ideas pm me

First develop the blog with passion for some months and make good revenue.. I mean every revenue possible and try every methods you can to drive traffic..

Later after 3-4 months auction it with all the proof and I am sure you can get 4-5 figure money.. I haven't done this but I am thinking to sell one of my blog for 10000$ which is 7 month old and generates nearly 1000$ .. :)

There's definitely money in this. I'd say if you want to make more on your blogs develop the blogs more then 3-4 days. The longer you hold onto it and the more traffic and rank it has the more you can sell if for. In the long run it's worth it.

Yes.. try to use senuke and also submit to lots of dir if you can which will impress the buyer for sure :)
If you are looking to flip the blog then always make sure the buyer should be impressed with the stats..

hey guys just wondering how do u go about passing the blogs to who you sell them to.
i have some blogs as add on domains in my hostgator account.

how would you transfer this sort of blog onto the buyer after selling it?
