[Question] Download software after joining membership?

Imagine there's a website that sells "how to make money" products.

Then in the salespage I tell people that they will get to download an exclusive video on making money once they've bought my product.
So let's say they have paid and subscribed to it... in the "Thank You" page, it's a 4shared link or some mediafire link to download the competitor's video.

Is it illegal or legal?


P.S: No, I'm not doing it.. I'm curious about whether is there any copyright infringement in this.

Yes, you would be violating copyright laws by doing this. You can't legally sell anything unless either you made it or have the rights to do so.
