    Hey guys,

I have been working exclusively on html and php (without wordpress) and was wondering if Google indexes php files.

I know it sounds kinda silly, but most of my articles will be on php files (instead of being index.html, they would be index.php)

I don't have a reason why they wouldn't do it, but it would be interesting what you guys think! :)

The termination of the file (whether .php, .html or .htm) makes no difference to them. It's all the same.

(note: you can always use .htaccess to rename files so it looks like .html)

Doesn't matter what file extension you choose.

That's interesting, that's why sometimes I was seeing URLs ending with zip, rar and for the like and they were pages and no files.

    Really intersting.

    Thanks guys! :)
