Q1: I uploaded clips from Facebook on my YouTube Channel. Those clips aren't posted on YouTube by the owners. Do I get a reused content violation on doing this?

Q2: Some of my videos were directly copied from another channel with their permission. Since I got a reused content violation, I asked them to completely delete those videos from their channel. The videos are deleted. Do I need to worry about getting the same response from YouTube again?

You can not do this directly from Facebook to youtube.
You may do it by making some edits must.
If you coy the video direct from Facebook and try to upload on youtube: than youtube will delete the video and channel also.
You will must get the copyright strike also if some one complain against you.

Duplicate content upload with permission will never give you monetization enabled. You can not earn money from youtube. If you do not want to earn from youtube: than you can upload duplicate content.

What if I didn't get copyright?

As I stated earlier, those videos are deleted from the channels as per my request. I am talking about what if I apply now?

Thanks for your answer.

You will create some new and unique videos.
Than you will upload the unique videos.

Re-used content isn't dependent on copyright content. Reused content refers to channels that repurpose someone else's content without adding significant original commentary or educational value.

So basically, you can still use all the clips you have in your channel if you, for example, do a reaction video or commentary over said clip.

I have no problem uploading all my videos to facebook and YouTube the same files. If youtube detected a "reused" meaning that videos already existed somewhere in youtube world.

Deleted videos from other channels is okey to reupload as long as no more existed to other channels before you reupload again that particular videos.
I sometimes moved my videos from one to another channels without any problems just to use for monetization.

Reused is separate from youtube's Copyright enforcement, which means it's not based on copyright, permission, or fair use.
Reused is not related to copyright. You can reuse your own videos as many as you can as long as there is a new value.
Example, I'm using my 30seconds intro in all my videos. It is being reused in all videos.

Thanks mate! I got it. Only thing I need to worry about now is those facebook clips used without adding any value. But as those videos are less in watch time count, I hope for the best.

Reapplied! Will share it once the review is done.

That makes sense!

This is to inform that my channel got accepted into the YouTube Partner Program.

Major takeaways:

1. Since the videos having Facebook clips without any value added onto it, had comparably very less watch hours, I think those videos weren't reviewed at all. If those videos were reviewed, there was a slight chance of getting reused content violation. Because same videos were used by other channels as well. In that case, whoever uploads the video first owns the content (just my opinion).

2. Earlier I uploaded videos containing clips from other channel with their consent without adding maximum value onto it. I got reused content violation and that was obvious. What I did later was since those clip owners were my close friends, I requested them to delete those videos. This way I got accepted into the program.

Now comes the risky journey, wish me luck :)
