I have noticed that when I run two instances of SB the second one I open will not let me shuffle my url's with the blog analyzer add on. The analyzer opens up and allows me to shuffle them within the analyzer but when I "transfer urls to the harvester" they are in the original order. I will be taking this to the SB help desk if no one here can help me. Thanks.

I have a slightly different problem, but also to do with the blog analyzer.

Scrape box instance 1: Import URL list 1 into harvester.
Run Blog Analyzer addon. Import URL list 1 from harvester. Ok.

Scrape box instance 2: Import URL list 2 into harvester.
Run Blog Analyzer addon. Import URL list 2 from harvester. NOT Ok. This is URL list 1!

So, it seems that both Scrape box instances: Blog Analyzer addon use the SAME URL list from the harvester in Scrape box instance 1. Not sure if that could be the cause of your problem.

Will be reporting to help desk also.

You just copy and paste the scrapebox software folder (one containing config, addons, etc), and run the scrapebox.exe's from each separate folder. Just add shortcuts to the exe's to your desktop, like SB1 and SB2.

They have to be run from 2 different locations/folders on your computer. I have one scrapebox .exe on my desktop and I put another copy of scrapebox .exe on my C drive. Double click on each one and they will open up seperately.

I contacted SB helpdesk about a similar issue of loading the same URLs in the blog analyzer and they gave a detailed answer:

@rodnice, If I understand your issue correctly (based on SB support's reply above), it's likely that the second SB instance is using the first instances's list; if you loaded this list from the harvester. Workaround as mentioned: load the list directly.

    You're missing the point completely.

Again: No matter how many blog analyzer instances you have running, it always uses the list from the first SB instance if its loaded from the harvested list.
