Question about Zip/Email Submits

Hello...


I'm trying to setup a email/zip submit... I'm in copeac and all the offers under those categories require first an user click, and then request email... I need one were the user doesnt has to click other than submit after they have written their email...


eg: copeac ads:

how/where do you guys get these campaings? or are the same as copeac just that you guys tweak them a little bit?
