first, the video I upload on youtube chanel (not mine), after 3days and got no view, can someone explain to me why, do I made some mistakes?

Second, do I need to upload the video that meet the cpa offer, or I just need to find some viral video and add my link in the desciption

third, how much video I should up a day to not getting banned by youtube ?

Fouth, Do I need to change the link to another shorten tool or I just leave the link like it is, which one got better ?

Can you afford to pay for an ad placement? It's like $300 per video.
