A whitehat site is one that you promote by the book ie no cloakingm no cookie stuffing, no spammy links etc, there are many good sites about whitehat seo, my personal favorite is Michale Martinez' site (seo-theory.com)

yeah, in general WH sites are not so focused on short-term money making neither, nor about casino, poker, vi*agra etc...

Simple, the website which completely follows Search Engine Guidelines is termed as a whitehat website.
