Question about Trustpilot for my website

I have a website that I realized could be on Trustpilot (some of my competitors are). If I register and then receive negative rating attacks from competitors then can I delete the account? This is something I was concerned about before I registered my site. I am interested in Trustpilot because I think it can help give you EEAT in Google but I think it can be a double-edged sword.

do not need to delete profile you can flag the negative reviews if they are fake then truspilot will jump into matter and it will delete the fake review soon
