Hello BHW! I have started Clickbank review site(not classic one, a bit more personalized than others). I have 5 articles up, I am targeting mostly low comp keywords.

When I was making my PPD site, I picked up expired domain with nice metrics. And I was seeing rankings for keywords pretty much instantly, they weren't in top 10, but they were in top 50-100.

I picked up new domain with 0 backlink profile and metrics for my CB review site. I wrote 5x 1000 words unique reviews. I am not ranking for single keyword I targeted in top 300 results. Yeah I know that site is new, but I guess that it can take 6+ months before seeing any results, specially if I don't go full black hat seo on it?

If that is case, I think I would rather pick expired domain and transfer website to it.

My question is, if I delete website from this domain, can I safely transfer my articles to new one, so Google doesn't see it as duplicate content? How should I proceed with this?

    Thanks a lot!

You can do this Via Google webmaster tools with domain transfer options. If not, Redirect will best way to go. If your new site contents already indexed by google search, it will take time to get "de-indexed" (is that opposite word of index ?).

Just delete the old domain and wait for google to remove those URL's from SERP's and
Now post the articles to your expired domain, That will work well and make them look like unique articles..
