I'm wondering what delivery of purchase means in the quoted text (bold text). It came from another website. Now does that mean the consumer will be billed again 30 days from the first purchase (ordering online through the form). Or 30 days from the first debit from their credit card for $79.99?

Well that can be tricky...they may think delivery is when it leaves their point of shipping. If they are sending it with a required signature on your end then I would say the date you get it, otherwise it would have to be when the product left their plant. They have no way of knowing when you got the shipment otherwise.

I guess you can always call them. Is this from a CPA offer?
