If I were to create a website for episode streaming and I did it all through subdomains and one got deindexed, would they all? For example, say my site was called like.. episodestream.com and I made websites like this:

    familyguy.episodestream.com
    simpsons.episodestream.com
    pokemon.episodestream.com

and say the familyguy.episodestream.com gets deindexed / removed for dmca complaint, will the other ones as well?

They could all get deindexed if one was breaking the rules... the same would be true if they were directory names instead of subdomains. It is also possible that google could just remove the one problem subdomain, but that is really up to Google as to wether or not it behaves that way. I know in the past Google has typically targeted specific URLs unless you are a frequent repeat offender. I guess the rule of thumb is that if you make google apply manual effort with your site then you should probably expect some pain.

Of course they will. Everything that hits the main domain will hit the subdomain as well.
